About Us

 

Our vision is to partner with our customers in a way that helps them integrate exercise and balanced nutrition within their daily lifestyles.

 

Our customers are employees of schools districts, corporations, BSNENY (Blueshield of Northeastern NY) policy holders, and people that are interested in their own wellness.  We are located in eight counties with in NYS including:  Albany, Clinton, Columbia, Franklin, Greene, Rensselaer, Saratoga, and Warren.  We also have a location in Bennington Vermont.

 

Instructors are  dedicated to bringing knowledge and fun to the exercise environment while motivating you to achieve results.  All instructors are CPR certified and are qualified in what they instruct by a certification, license and/or degree .

 

Our business is built on a foundation of strength through satisfied customers and instructors.  We provide seven services:

1. Corporate wellness
2. Exercise classes for school distict employees
3. Exercise classes in the community
4. Wellness services for members of BlueShield Of Northeastern NY (BSNENY)
5. Personal training
6. Weight management/ wellness educational classes
7. Facility design

 

The costs for many of our services are covered in part or full under different insurance plans.  We also provide reasonable rates for customers with out insurance coverage.
