YOGA WITH LEIGH-ANNE - Pre-recorded classes, link provided upon registration complete within 5 weeks
Decompress, de-stress, and focus on your wellness this season! Complete classes as many times as you wish during the 5-week program duration. In this class the basic, foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition and ease of movement. Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals as we make a full circuit of the body's range of motion with standing postures, twists, forward folds, and hip openers. Refresh and rejuvenate the body and mind.
KETTLEBELLS WITH LEIGH-ANNE - Pre-recorded classes, link provided upon registration complete within 5 weeks
Ten classes that can be completed on your own schedule. A fast, fun, effective workout utilizing a kettlebell weight for strength and resistance training. Don't have a kettlebell? No worries, you will be shown how to use a heavy hand weight instead. 10 pound KB or hand weight suggested. Set to fun music! Designed to make the most of your time spent working out.
