Class Schedule

The Blue Shield of North Eastern New York (BSNENY) Wellness Benefit and Wellness Card & MVP wellness benefit unless otherwise specified can be used as payment for most classes.  Other insurances may offer partial/full reimbursement.  Click the REGISTRATION button at the top of the page to enroll in a class. 

Currently many great virtual classes are being held.  In addition onsite classes are offered at  Hudson Valley(Rensselaer C0.), in Clifton Park(Saratoga C0.) and for BSNENY members with the wellness benefit  at ABC Fitness in Latham (Albany Co.)
