Join the Wedding March Personal Training Program

The Wedding March is designed to zap those pounds and inches. This personal training program empowers you, the Bride- To- Be, to look your best on your wedding day! With twice weekly sessions over 3-months, a certified personal trainer will help you establish and satisfy your goals through nutritional and fitness training. Double the fun and have your Maid of Honor join you. Make it her wedding gift.

The Wedding March is 3-12-month personal training program for the Bride- to- Be. It includes:

  • Body composition and needs analysis
  • Personalized work-out and nutritional plan based on above analysis
  • Weekly one- hour personal training sessions, weight- ins and progress review at ABC Sports and Fitness Center in Latham, NY

Some brides will reach their goal in 3 months while others may need much longer. Brides starting close to the big day can benefit from 4-8 sessions but will not achieve the same body composition changes as they would in a longer program

Your Maid of Honor or one additional person can join you for a small additional fee.
