1. After registering for your program on our website, download zoom app on your phone or tablet. Using a computer? Visit zoom.us.
2. We will email you an invitation with a link to your Zoom class. Sign in 10 minutes before your class starts. Code will be the same each week.

VIRTUAL CLASSES
YOGA WITH JENNIFER - Thursdays (1/13/22 - 3/17/22) 5:15pm
A series of postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition and ease of movement. Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals as we make a full circuit of the body's range of motion with standing postures, twists, forward folds, and hip openers.
YOGA WITH LEIGH-ANNE - Pre-recorded classes to be completed on your own schedule between (1/16/22 - 2/19/22)
Decompress, de-stress, and focus on your wellness in 2022! Link to classes will be provided each Sunday. Complete classes as many times as you wish during the 5-week program duration. In this class the basic, foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition and ease of movement. Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals as we make a full circuit of the body's range of motion with standing postures, twists, forward folds, and hip openers. Refresh and rejuvenate the body and mind.
BODY CONDITIONING WITH LIZ - Mondays (1/10/22 - 1/31/22) 5:00pm REGISTRATION FULL
This is a beginner to moderate level class designed to strengthen your body, increase endurance and help you de-stress. The class begins with flexibility exercises, followed by a full-body workout to strengthen arms and legs, tighten core muscles and improve cardiovascular endurance. Each class ends with a relaxation sequence that will leave you feeling refreshed and refocused. You will need a mat and a light set of hand weights.
TABATA WITH LIZ - Saturdays (1/15/22 - 2/5/22) 8:30am
A high intensity interval training workout where you perform an exercise for 20 seconds and then rest for 10 and repeat for a total of eight cycles. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind. Modifications for all fitness levels are provided. You will need a light set of hand weights.
BARRE WITH LEIGH-ANNE - Wednesdays (3/2/22 - 5/4/22) 5:30pm
A combination of exercises inspired by ballet, Pilates, strength training, and yoga. Isometric training is used so you will feel the burn! You will gain flexibility, strength, and improved balance/stability. Join us for this fun, total body workout!
KETTLEBELLS WITH LEIGH-ANNE - Pre-recorded classes to be completed on your own schedule
Link to all 10 classes provided upon registration. Choose to do one class per week over the 10 week duration, or take multiple classes per week as your schedule allows. A fast, fun, effective workout utilizing a kettlebell weight for strength and resistance training. Don't have a kettlebell? No worries, you will be shown how to use a heavy hand weight instead. 10 pound KB or hand weight suggested. Set to fun music! Designed to make the most of your time spent working out.
