HOW TO GET STARTED

1.  After registering for your program on our website, download zoom app on your smart device.  Using a computer? Visit zoom.us.

2.  We will email you an invitation with a link to your class.  Sign in 10 minutes before your class starts.  Code will be the same each week.

Classes covered by BSNENY wellness benefit.  All others, please submit payment to: FPOD, 7 Locust Lane, Clifton Park, NY 12065.  Classes are $10 each.  

Fall 2020 Classes

Barre Fitness - Wednesdays at 5:30pm (9/16/20 - 11/18/20). Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class - combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training.

Strength Training - Mondays at 6:30pm (9/21/20 - 11/23/20).  This class uses a kettlebell or hand weights to give you a total body, strength building workout.  Have fun and break a good sweat!

Holiday Hustle - Mondays & Wednesdays at 5:30pm (11/23/20 - 12/23/20).  A mash up of different, short workouts (Cardio Dance, Barre, Yoga, Strength, Tabata) to keep you revved and ready to tackle the busy holiday season.  Each class will be 45 minutes long making the most of your valuable time.  Treat yourself to twice weekly workouts and enjoy the holidays knowing you stuck with your fitness routine.

Interval Training Program - Mondays & Wednesdays 6:00am -or- Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:30pm.  A 30 minute interval training class with a relaxing, meditative stretch.  Choose from AM or PM biweekly workouts.  Three sessions:
